Nicole Nguyen
Nicole, currently studying Sociology at Foothill College, is Vice-Chair for Region IV. She is actively involved in college governance, serving as an elected Student Trustee on the Associated Students of Foothill College. Nicole is also the founding president of Foothill’s Vietnamese Student Association. Her research interest lies in the disruption of systems of oppression within educational institutions, mainly through analyzing curricula, structures, and academic policies. Guided by a passion for equitable and inclusive education, she is committed to uncovering ways educational institutions can enable every student to succeed, regardless of their background.
