Kimberly De La Cruz
Kimberly De La Cruz (She/Her/Hers) is a first-generation Latina studying Political Science and Sociology at Palomar College. Having served as Palomar ASG’s Vice President of Communications, she is moving forward in serving, now, at the regional level for community colleges in San Diego and Imperial Valley. She looks forward to connecting the sister colleges in order to better represent an amplified voice at the Student Senate for California Community Colleges, and nationwide, too. With an emphasis on Border and immigrant-to-first-generation struggles, she aims to advocate for nontraditional students that may otherwise be overlooked. De La Cruz looks to transfer to a four year university for her Bachelor’s and move forward with law school after, working towards the goal of one day serving on the Bench of the Supreme Court.
