We seek a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our team as the Director of Administration. In this vital role, you will oversee and guide the Student Senate for California Community Colleges, ensuring efficient office workflow, tracking assigned tasks, and proactively addressing issues. The Director of Administration will handle high-level administrative tasks requiring initiative and independent judgment, working under the general direction of the Executive Director. Strong leadership, analytical skills, strategic thinking, multitasking, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Responsibilities include supporting, training, team building, mentoring, and overseeing internal processes.

The SSCCC is looking for self-driven and independently motivated California Community College students with a background in student leadership, the capacity to work up to 25 hours per week, and the ability to travel to campuses within the CCC regions. The Student Intern position is a part-time, at-will position reporting to the Community Organizer. Students will participate in campus events to engage students, support the regional leadership, strengthen their communication and networking skills, and promote legislation and initiatives to improve student success.
