Joia Miller

Joia Miller (She/Her/Hers) is a student studying Biology at Mt. San Jacinto College. She aspires to transfer to the Columbia University to double major Biochemistry and Neurobiology, to complete her education with the primary objective of using entrepreneurial ideology as well as research to create a resounding societal and
medical impact through her work as a Neurosurgeon and Neuroscientist, concentrating her research in neurochemistry. She’s passionate about Neurology and bridging the gap between governmental programs, schools, and the students as well as human rights such as educational and economic equity, which she plans to continue working towards in her advocacy journey. In her free time, she enjoys doing yoga, skating, and cooking vegan food, specializing in meals that heal the soul and the microbiome!
