Flo Cudal
Flo Cudal (She/Her/Hers) is a student at Santiago Canyon College majoring in Engineering and Public Policy. She aims to transfer to a university and pursue a graduate program in Engineering and Public Policy, focusing on Educational Growth and Change to drive innovation in education systems and policy reform.
As a first-generation, non-traditional student, immigrant, and woman of color, Flo brings a unique perspective to her leadership roles. She serves as the President of the Associated Student Government of Santiago Canyon College, where she launched the ASG Helpdesk to provide students with support and a platform to voice their concerns while fostering leadership and accountability. She is also a board member of United Students for Equal Education (USEE), supporting students impacted by social justice inequality and immigration policies.
Flo is the incoming Vice Chair of Region VIII for the Student Senate for California Community Colleges, advocating for equitable policies statewide. Her dedication to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in education is deeply personal. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, exploring global cuisines, and embracing diverse culinary traditions.
